Do you ship interstate?

Not currently as we are just starting out! However, we will be looking into it in the future, once we get the hang of things so currently we only ship within Victoria.

How long is the hire period?

Local to our store:

Pickup is 1-2 days before your event and drop-off is the next possible business day, weekend rentals drop off will be on the following Monday by 5pm. 

Postage within Victoria:

The garment will be posted so it arrives for you 1-2 business days before your event, and it must be posted back the next business day following your event so we can prepare it for its next booking.

  

What if my postage rental doesn't arrive in time for my event?

If your rental doesn’t arrive in time for your event via postage you will be given a store credit valued at the total amount of your late rental. The store credit does not include shipping amount costs.

 

Can I try my hire on?

Yes, you are more than welcome to try on your garment at our studio prior to your rental date!

 

You are able to try on anything we have available during your dedicated time for try on appointment, however we are not able to hold specific items for you to try on at the time of your appointment as this stops us from being able to rent items out, however we are happy to work with you and sort out a time that your desired garment is back in at the studio if this is possible and works for both parties.

When should I make my booking?

We suggest you book as far in advance as possible to ensure we can get you your desired garment for your event!

 

I am no longer wanting to keep my booking; how do I cancel?

Flaunt Rentals understands that plans change and that is completely fine with us! all we ask is that you let us know 7 days prior to your booking date so we can advertise your garment to someone else and you will be issued a store credit that is the same price as your cancelled rental.

 

I didn't end up wearing my item, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately, we at flaunt studios have a strict no refund policy. If you didn’t end up wearing your hired garment to your event, we will strictly be unable to offer a refund or a store credit to you.

 

How do returns work?

Please see on our ‘Terms and Conditions’ page under the heading ‘returning your item’ this will provide you with the correct information about how our returns work.

  

How Can I Get Fitted?

Feel free to send Flaunt Rentals a DM via Instagram or an email stating you need some help on finding an item/ getting fitted for a particular event, and one of our team members will set up a try on appointment for you and help you through it by suggesting garments that we think will be perfect for you.
